    Hi Moms! We are going to Magic Kingdom at Disney World in October 2017. I have been trying to get reservations to Be our Guest restaurant but I am unable to do so. Can we visit the castle anyway? Will they take walk ins? Thank you

    Yes, the Be Our Guest Restaurant in the Magic Kingdom Park is extremely popular and getting an Advanced Dining Reservation can be difficult. The Be Our Guest Restaurant is Table Service for dinner but it is a Counter Service or Quick Service for breakfast and lunch. According to my experience, there is limited availability for walk-ups for breakfast and lunch. My recommendation would be to try to do a walk-up to Be Our Guest Restaurant for lunch. Typically, the Be Our Guest Restaurant opens for lunch at 10:30 am and closes for lunch at 2:30 pm (these times are subject to change and can vary during busier times of year but they are usually the normal times of operation for serving lunch). If you arrive at the Be Our Guest between 10:30 am and 11:00 am at the start of the lunch time and get your name on the walk-in list (the sign-in location for the Be Our Guest Restaurant is at the beginning of the bridge leading to the restaurant), you will have a better chance of eating lunch there. Once you are inside the restaurant, you can order and pick the room that you want to eat lunch in and after lunch you can walk around to explore the other rooms too!
