Joanne, Walt Disney World does offer complimentary shuttle service to the
Car Care Center from the theme parks. However, you will need to call the US-based phone number in order to schedule a pick up. Since you are trying to avoid doing so, I suggest stopping by the
Guest Relations booth at the Magic Kingdom to see if they can assist with this pickup. There may be a way that they can help you schedule this service without you having to call the number yourself.
Another option you may have is to use a ride-share app on your mobile device. If you have one downloaded and create an account, you can schedule a pickup from the Ticket & Transportation Center to the Car Care Center. This will come at a cost, since these services need to be paid for through the app. If you're using the Lyft app, you may be able to choose a
Minnie Van as your choice of travel.
Walking to the Car Care Center is not an option. While it is not located far from the
Magic Kingdom, the Walt Disney World Resort is not set up for Guests to walk along the roadways. Your safest option will be to take some sort of transportation to your destination.
