If we are going to the Magic Kingdom for 1 day with a 1 year old and a 2 year old would you recommend Lunch with Pooh at Crystal Palace, Minnie and Mickey, or the princesses at the Italian boardwalk restaurant?

    Hi, there!

Jessica, you and your little ones will just love a day at Magic Kingdom Park. There is nothing better than watching your children experience the magic of the Walt Disney World Resort!
My kids have always loved Character Dining Experiences. I am happy to answer your question about a special lunch during your visit!

If you're spending one day at Magic Kingdom Park, I would recommend lunch at The Crystal Palace with Winnie the Pooh and his friends. The Crystal Palace is conveniently located, just past Main Street, U.S.A. It's a lovely restaurant with beautiful views of Cinderella Castle, and lunch is delicious! I love the salad selections, my husband appreciates the carving station and my sons really enjoy the kid-friendly section of the buffet that's just the perfect height for little ones. Most importantly, my family has had incredible interactions at The Crystal Palace with Winnie the Pooh and other characters from the Hundred-Acre Wood. The photos we have from those meals are just priceless!

Jessica, if you have lunch at The Crystal Palace, you can still take your little ones to meet Mickey Mouse! Our favorite location to visit Mickey is at Town Square Theater, near the entrance to Magic Kingdom Park. I suggest stopping there first thing in the morning or choosing this experience as a FastPass+ selection, as the wait times can sometimes be long there.
