Hi Cat,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
Cat, you’re going about it the right way! Since you’ve already checked the
Theme Park Availability, your next step would be to modify the
reservations.
When you’re modifying the reservations, make sure that the day you’re changing the reservation to doesn’t already have a reservation. If this happens, there will be a gray circle and you won’t be able to make the adjustment. You’ll first want to cancel that day’s reservation, then book the new reservation for that day.
I’ve found it helpful, if I’m changing more than two days around and there’s a lot of flexibility with reservations, to cancel what I have entirely and then start over. If you have the time and flexibility surrounding your dates, that’s totally an option!
As you’re modifying your dates, try to do so through
My Disney Experience online, sometimes seeing everything on a laptop/computer is really helpful!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is useful as you make your reservations for your upcoming holiday. If you have any other planning or vacation questions,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
