    Can magic keys get cancelled?

Hi Stephanie! Thanks for visiting planDisney.

I'm not sure if you're worried your Magic Key will be canceled or if you'd like to cancel it, but I do have some information I can pass along, which hopefully will help!

I'm a Magic Key holder too, and I love the discounts and perks that come along with increased access to the parks, but I also know sometimes people's circumstances change. Unfortunately, according to the Terms and Conditions of our Magic Keys, they're nonrefundable and nontransferable. So, if you're looking to cancel your Magic Key, there's no option to do this. I'm sorry if that's not what you were hoping to hear today.

However, you can always speak to a friendly Cast Member on the Magic Key Holder dedicated phone line. They're happy to assist you with whatever they can and answer any of your questions regarding your Magic Key. They might have the perfect solution to whatever your specific concern happens to be.

As far as Disneyland Resort canceling a Magic Key, there are a few circumstances where this could happen. For one, your pass will expire if it isn't activated within one year of purchase according to the current terms. Additionally, for those Guests who have access to monthly payments, there's the possibility a Magic Key could be suspended for missed payments. Finally, Magic Key holders are bound by park rules like all other Guests, so according to those terms, we have to follow them or risk our Magic Key being canceled. Again, if you have worries about these terms, feel free to reach out to a Cast Member. They almost always have the answers I need!

    Have a magical day.
