Magic Happens parade, and just enjoy the evening. So yes, Zachary,
after 11am, Magic Key holders or guests with a
Park Hopper ticket are free to roam between the two theme parks for the rest of the day as long as you have
made a theme park reservation for that day. No magic lamp required.
