I have a magic key reservation but got sick. Will I get penalized?

    Hi there, Addison!

Welcome to planDisney! I'm so sorry to hear that you weren't feeling well and missed out on a day in the parks. That's the worst! I hope you are feeling much better and will be able to enjoy using your Magic Key very soon.

There is a Magic Key no-show policy (scroll down a bit on that page to get to it) that you will want to keep in mind for your future visits. The good news is, one no-show isn't a big deal. The policy is that Magic Key holders who no-show for 3 reservations within 90 days won't be able to make or modify park reservations for 30 days. So as long as you don't have 2 more no-shows in the next 90 days then you're fine! You can check the Magic Key Terms and Conditions for more details.

Addison, are you following the Disneyland Magic Key account on Instagram? Sometimes there are exciting extras just for Magic Key holders like you! I hope you'll be able to visit the parks really soon. Don't forget that Rogers: The Musical just debuted at the Hyperion Theater. It's always a good time to "Save the City" right? I could do it all day!

    Keep moving forward!
