Disneyland Resort Magic Key holder! Being able to unlock the magic all year long must be a dream come true. I'm so sorry you're having trouble with your theme park reservations, let's take a closer look.
When you booked your
theme park reservation, you should have received an email notification of that booking. If you did receive that confirmation email, but it is not showing up in your
Disneyland app, I would try logging out of your account and then logging in again. Sometimes you just need a quick reset to the technology to get back on track! If that did not work but you do have the confirmation email, I would recommend calling the
Magic Key Holders Guest Services Line to speak with a helpful Cast Member.
