A warm welcome to planDisney, Marcus. Thanks for dropping by to share this question with us. I'm so delighted to hear that you are a
Magic Key holder. I hope you've been enjoying your year of magic.
Something I love about being a Magic Key holder is the flexibility of dropping into the parks whenever I might need a little magic in my day (with a valid theme park reservation). There's also the flexibility to cancel a reservation if there's a change in my plans. Magic Key theme park reservations can be canceled up until 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time the day before your reserved date. A cancelation cannot be made on the same day as the reserved day of your theme park reservation. If you do not cancel the day before and aren't able to visit the theme park, you will be subject to the
Magic Key No-Show Policy. Magic Key holders who do not show up for 3 reservations in a 90-day window will not be able to make new theme park reservations or modify existing park reservations for 30 days.
I hope this helps as you are planning out your upcoming visits to the Happiest Place on Earth. Even more, I hope you have been enjoying all of the benefits of being a Magic Key holder. If you aren't already, I recommend following
@disneylandmagickey on Instagram to stay up to date on all of the exclusive offerings for Magic Key holders. There's also a portal in the
Disneyland app for Magic Key holders. I like to peek in there before and during my visits to make sure I'm not missing anything.
Marcus, I hope this information is helpful. Don't hesitate to come back to ask us anything else you might be curious about. Here's wishing you many more magical visits during your year as a Magic Key holder!
Michelle
