If I understand correctly, it seems that another Guest purchased your
Magic Key Pass on your behalf, and you are hoping to switch it over so that you can manage it going forward. I can see why this would be important, especially as you get closer to your renewal window! In this case, my recommendation is to contact the dedicated
Magic Key phone line to speak with a Cast Member who can assist. To make this process even smoother, be sure to have the original email confirmation on hand as this contains the ticket or pass ID number. You can also find your Magic Key Pass number in the "Tickets and Passes" section of the
official Disneyland mobile app, directly under the barcode that you would typically scan to enter the theme parks.
