Oh bother, I'm so sorry to hear that you're experiencing this - it's quite curiouser and curiouser. As you know, certain
Magic Key passes (namely the Inspire Key and the Believe Key) come with the wonderful benefit of unlimited
Disney PhotoPass digital photo downloads. I'm so pleased to hear that you are taking full advantage of this. I just returned from the Disneyland Resort and loved all of the Magic Shots that I took with my pal.
Getting back to your question, I chatted with a friendly Cast Member who shared that it's best for you to
reach out to PhotoPass Guest Support over the phone and they will be able to help get everything sorted out for you. I hope it's a quick fix where they can get that watermark resolved to where everyone is no longer getting the Mike Wazowski photo treatment.
Aside from this slight bump, I hope you've been enjoying being a Magic Key holder. Have you had a chance to visit the
