    is the magic key payment plan only for Southern California residents or for ALL California residents. Multiple representatives have told me both answers so I'm not sure.

    The Disneyland Resort Magic Key Program has been extremely popular since its introduction and over time, some changes have been made. I'm sorry you have received conflicting answers about the payment plan. The monthly payment option is only for California Residents, 18 years or older with a valid ID, who live in zip codes 90000–96199. It might also help to know that the Imagine Key, currently available only for renewal, is only available for Southern California residents living in zip codes 90000 to 93599. The other Magic Key Passes, when available, can be purchased by all California residents.
