As you've likely noticed, the sale of Magic Keys is currently paused. You'll want to keep an eye on the
Disneyland Magic Key Instagram, the
Disney Parks Blog, and the
Disneyland website for future sale dates. There is also a
"Notify Me" feature on the Magic Key section of the Disneyland website that allows you to sign up for email notifications. The "Notify Me When Passes Are On Sale" button is toward the top of the page and will prompt you to accept future Disney notifications.
