Greetings, Lizbeth, and welcome to planDisney! I’m so glad you’re here!
First off, congratulations on becoming a
Magic Key holder! You're going to make so many magical memories in 2022, so let’s get you started!
It sounds like you’ve already downloaded the
Disneyland app, which means you’re headed in the right direction! Have you created
a Disney account yet? If not, you’ll need to create one in order to sign in to your Disneyland app and link your tickets. Recently, I purchased Magic Keys for my family, and each Key showed up on my Disneyland app since I was logged in to my Disney account using the same email I made the purchase with. So, once you’re logged in to your Disney account on your Disneyland app, there’s a good chance you’ll see your Magic Key under “Tickets and Passes”.
However, if you still don’t see your Magic Key on your app after signing in, I recommend checking your email inbox for your confirmation email. The email for my family’s Magic Key Passes had the words, “Disneyland Confirmation,” in the subject line, along with my order number. You can also search for this email by the email address it was sent from, “dlr.guest.mail@disneyonline.com.” Once you find the confirmation email, scroll down until you see a bright blue box with the words, “Access your eTickets.” Click on the hyperlinked blue box, which will open up a new window which will read, “My Disneyland Tickets and Passes.” There, you should see your Magic Key with your name on it. Click on your Key, which will lead you to a page showing your Magic Key Pass number and barcode, along with your confirmation number and type of pass.
Now that you have this information, you can go back to your Disneyland app and link your pass! Go back to “Tickets and Passes” and tap the “+” icon in the upper-right corner. Select “Link Tickets & Passes” and you can either scan your barcode with your camera, or manually enter the number. Now, you can start making
theme-park reservations and planning your magical year! If you need any additional help, you can also call the
Magic Key Holders line at (714) 781-7277.
Last but not least, get ready for “Magic Key Holder Celebration Month,” coming to the
Disneyland Resort this February! The celebration will be found in the theme parks, at Downtown Disney District, and even at home. I recommend following @disneylandmagickey on Instagram for more exciting Magic Key announcements!
I hope this information helps you find your Magic Key Pass number, Lizbeth! Please stop by with any additional questions... we’re all EARs!
