It sounds like we need to do a little detective work to find out where those keys disappeared to! I know that a few Guests have been having this same issue, so I'm guessing it may just be Stitch tampering with some of the wiring over there on the app. He's cute but he can sure get into some mischief! I did a little digging into my account since I also upgraded a Park Hopper to a Magic Key a few months ago to see what I could find out for you. My first suggestion is to try to find the Magic Key purchase confirmation email by searching your inbox for an email from "Disneyland Reservations" with the subject "Disneyland Confirmation". As soon as the purchase was confirmed, you were issued a brand new ticket confirmation number for the Magic Keys which is different from the original Park Hopper confirmation numbers. This is why scanning the original barcode is likely not working for you. If you're able to find those Magic Key numbers, you can try relinking them manually into your account. I find it's easiest to do this in the Disneyland Mobile App. Head to the three-bar menu in the bottom right-hand corner and select "Tickets & Passes". On the next screen, tap the "+" in the top right-hand corner and select "Link Tickets & Passes". Enter the Magic Key confirmation numbers manually by selecting "Enter the ID number" in the bottom left-hand corner. I've asked Lilo to give us a hand here with Stitch until we can get those tickets relinked for you, so I'm sending some luck your way!
