I'm so sorry you're having trouble with your
Disneyland Resort Magic Key Pass, let's take a closer look and hopefully get this straightened out for you!
The first thing you'll want to check is to make sure that your Magic Key pass has not expired. If it is expired, you will need to wait until new
Magic Key Pass sales begin. At the current time, only the
Inspire Key Pass is available for new sales. If your Magic Key Pass has not yet reached its expiration date, then it's probably just a glitch in the technology! You can simply relink your Magic Key to your Disneyland account by entering the original barcode into the
Disneyland app.
If you are still running into issues or you're unable to find the receipt with the barcode from the original purchase, I would recommend
calling the Magic Key Holders line to speak with a friendly Cast Member!
