Greetings, Laney. From one Magic Key Holder to another, welcome to planDisney! I've had lots of experience with park reservations with my
Magic Key, so you've got a friend in me to help with this!
Laney, you can cancel or modify your
theme park reservation up until 11:59 p.m. the night before. Once the clock strikes midnight, you won't be able to modify it. My best advice is to keep an inventory of your upcoming reservations and update them through the
Disneyland website or
mobile app no later than the day before. Laney, did you know that you can
park hop with your Magic Key pass? After 11 a.m., you can enter either park regardless of your reservation. The park on your reservation typically only matters if you visit before 11 a.m.
And Laney, remember, if you don't enter a theme park on a day you have a reservation for, you will receive a no-show. After
three no-shows in a 90-day window, you will be unable to make new park reservations or modify existing park reservations for 30 days. So it's important to keep track of your reservations!
I have another tip when it comes to reservations: If a date you're interested in is unavailable, check back often – it's possible that reservations can open up even the night before (subject to availability)!
There are many benefits that come with a Magic Key pass. Check the
Extras Unlocked page to learn about seasonal experiences, merchandise, and other fun opportunities exclusive to Magic Key holders. You can also follow the official
Disneyland Magic Key account on Instagram for other exciting updates as the year goes on.
Laney, I hope this information is helpful to you! If you have any other questions, please let us know. We at planDisney are always happy to help.
Wishing you many magical memories at the Disneyland Resort,
Kriss
