Hi Shawn! Thanks for visiting planDisney.
I'm glad you're keeping an eye on your
Magic Key expiration date and anticipating renewing before that date arrives. It's important not to let the expiration date pass! Late renewals aren't currently permitted.
Magic Keys offer Guests increased access to the magic of the parks, fantastic
discounts, and fun perks, which I keep up with on the official
Disneyland Magic Key blog. I hope you've been enjoying your year of magic. What's your favorite part of being a Magic Key holder? I love the dining discount. I've got my next celebratory meal planned: a birthday dinner at Carthay Circle Restaurant on Buena Vista Street in Disney California Adventure Park. I can't wait!
When you renew your Magic Key, you'll be charged within a day or two, as you're essentially entering into a new contract. However, you won't be losing out on any time on that current Magic Key. It's good until the expiration date, at which point, the new Magic Key will take over. I hope that's good news!
Be sure you've read up on the current
Terms & Conditions of your Magic Key purchase. They might have changed since your last purchase.
Blockout dates are especially important. These details are subject to change. You want to make sure you're selecting the right Magic Key for your needs, since they're not refundable or transferable at this time.
Have a magical day!
Elizabeth
