I'm sorry to hear that your
Magic Key Pass has gone missing! Technology is not a perfect science, even when it comes to The Happiest Place on Earth! Let's see if we can get to the bottom of this.
There are a few reasons you may not see your Magic Key in the Tickets and Passes section of the
Disneyland Mobile App. First, you should check to make sure that your Magic Key has not expired. If it has, you will need to wait until new Magic Key Pass sales resume to reenter the program. If you're sure your Magic Key has not yet reached its expiration date, you're probably just looking at a small technological problem. I blame Experiment 626 when things like this happen. That Stitch may be up to his usual mischief! Luckily, you can simply relink your Magic Key by entering its original barcode into the app.
If you're unable to find your receipt with the barcode from your original purchase or if you run into other issues relinking your Magic Key Pass, you can reach out to a Cast Member directly at the
Magic Key Holders Line for additional help.
