    My Magic Key has disappeared from my account. I renewed my subscription and it should be there. I did not receive a new barcode in my confirmation email.

    Thanks so much for sharing your question with us this week. It's always a pleasure to help a fellow Disney fan and Magic Key Pass holder! 

    Since you renewed your Magic Key Pass recently, it seems like you're experiencing a technical glitch on your Disneyland Mobile App or your Disneyland account. I think the best course of action is to have the confirmation email ready and give the Cast Members a call at (714) 781-7277

    This team of Cast Members specializes in helping Magic Key Pass holders, and I'm sure they will be able to help you! 

    I hope you can fix this soon and enjoy many delightful visits to the Disneyland Resort, Ashlee!
