can i use magic hours morning on day of check in

Hi, Damasa, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so glad you stopped by today. I really enjoy helping fellow Floridians plan a visit to Walt Disney World!

You know, Damasa, even though we live close enough to drive to Walt Disney World for the day, we still love spending long weekends at a Disney Resort hotel whenever we can. It's so convenient to hop on a bus and head to the Parks, or even just spend a day exploring our Resort hotel. And as hotel Guests, you get to take advantage of perks like Extra Magic Hours, when the Theme Parks open a little early in the morning and stay open a little later at night. It's a great time to get on a whole bunch of attractions with little to no wait!

Here's the really great news - you're considered a special Guest of Mickey Mouse from Day 1 of your vacation! That means you're entitled to all the benefits of your Resort hotel stay, including access to Extra Magic Hours. You'll need a valid ticket or Annual Pass for that day in order to enter the Park, and you'll probably need to complete the check-in process first, either by heading to your Resort hotel reception desk first thing or by doing Online Check-in using your My Disney Experience app. Then, feel free to enjoy every bit of the magic!

I hope this helps you plan some wonderful Disney days, Damasa. Please come visit us again if you have any more questions!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
