Ahoy, Dorothy!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Congratulations on booking your first Disney Cruise! Are you getting excited for your
MAGICal upcoming cruise to paradise? Setting sail with Captain Mickey will be an adventure you and your family will never forget! We love sailing with Disney and I hope after your upcoming voyage, you will, too!
One of the things that sets Disney Cruise Line apart from any other cruise line is their commitment to above and beyond customer service. I mention this because each Disney Cruise has something called "Corridor Quiet Hours" from 10:00pm to 8:00am. If you happen to hear noise in the hallways during those times, give the
Guest Services Desk a call and let them know. My family and I have sailed on many Disney Cruises and have found the staterooms and corridors to be quiet! In the one instance we heard lots of noises outside of our door that caused us to call Guest Services, they sent a crew member up to give a gentle reminder of the quiet hours and the noise was taken care of immediately!
We've had many staterooms right near the elevators and actually loved being so close to them because it felt like all the action around the ship was just a quick elevator ride away! I think you're going to love your home away from home and experience how Disney designs staterooms with families in mind!
Dorothy, thanks so much for sailing by with your question as you plan for your first Disney Cruise! If you have any other questions, please come back and visit us again!
