    We will be on the Magic for my brother-in-law's birthday. Does the ship offer anything special for birthday celebrations? Thanks for your help!

    Hey Jennifer!

    Disney loves being part of making magical celebrations!  Make sure you visit Guest Services onboard to get him a birthday button.  He'll get special attention wearing that.  I know he may not love the attention, but everyone else in your party will enjoy it!  When you call to make the reservations for your sailing, please let your Disney Cruise Line representative know that you will be celebrating his birthday on the cruise.  Their phone number is (800)951-3532.  They will note the celebration on your reservation.

    You can also purchase a Celebrations Package that includes in-room birthday decorations and a customized birthday cake.  You can have it delivered to your room or to your dining room on the evening of your choosing.  Please remember that customized cakes need to be ordered at least seven days before your sailing date.  If you don't want to order the cake your servers will still bring him a special birthday dessert and sing Happy Birthday in the dining room.  I would suggest that the adults 18 and over book a dinner at Palo and have the cake delivered there.  It's an amazing restaurant, and he might enjoy getting away from the ship's littlest Guests for his birthday dinner.
