I have Magic Bands from 2 years ago. We're going again in 2 months, and haven't been given the option to choose band colors. Will we be receiving new bands from Disney, or do we have to use our old ones? Booked vacation through Disney website.

    Hi Sandii,

Oh, I bet you are super excited to be traveling to the most magical place on earth again. Your trip will be here before you can say "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!" So much has been added over the last couple of years, so while I am sure you will have favorite things to revisit, there is lots of exciting new attractions, entertainment and dining to explore!

You can absolutely choose new MagicBands for this upcoming trip. Simply log into your My Disney Experience account at www.disneyworld.com. In the upper right hand corner of the main page, click on My Disney Experience and a drop-down menu will appear. You should see an option for "MagicBands and Cards" under My Account. From there, you should see the option to customize. Just look for your upcoming reservation to be listed. If you experience problems or are not able to find this option, call (407) W-DISNEY (934-7639) to speak to a cast member. Be sure to have your reservation number handy when you call.

Have a magical trip and thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I hope I was able to clarify that for you. Your trip will be here before you can say "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!"
