    Whats going on with the magic bands? Whenever I try to modify my magic band order to see if the new bands are available yet it says I don't have permission for the page. Are the new bands coming back?

    Hi Crystal, 

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question, my fellow Canadian. 

    While I was absolutely overjoyed to hear that we can now select Character and other Premium MagicBands for our upcoming stay at a Disney Resort Hotel, I was pretty bummed out (but not entirely surprised) to see how quickly those new options sold out! From what I understand, they’re still trying to clean up all of the mayhem that Stitch seems to have put into the system after the new MagicBand options were rolled out. 

    Based on my experience, one of those issues is the fact that, in order to make your MagicBand selections, it seems as though you need to make sure that your site isn’t set to “Canada (English)” when you log in to My Disney Experience. The way that you change it is by clicking on the current option that you see displayed next to the search box, and then click on United States (English) as your option. You may need to do that on the MagicBand page itself, because your computer will likely automatically default to the Canadian version of the site if you’re using the Internet in Canada. You can try clicking that last link that I've provided - it should do the trick. 

    If that doesn’t work, I recommend changing browsers, especially if you’re using Google Chrome. Finally, if none of these tips or tricks works, then please contact Walt Disney World Resort’s My Disney Experience help line for further assistance. They’ll be happy to help.
