We have our magic bands for the week of Oct 27 for staying at the WL. When and how do we link a photopass id number to our magic bands and can we all use the same photopass number for the whole family?

    Hi Lynn.

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.
Congratulations on your upcoming to visit to Walt Disney World! I absolutely love Disney's WIlderness Lodge Resort.

When using Disney's PhotoPass Service, you'll find that the Photographers in the Parks are now equipped with the ability to 'scan' your MagicBand as part of taking your photos! In doing so, the photos are linked to your MyMagic+ and My Disney Experience right away. You'll see the link to 'view' your photos afterwards on My Disney Experience on the right hand side of the page under 'View Your Disney PhotoPass Memories' (it's under the 'Plan Ahead For More Magic' heading). It's a great way to find all of your plans and memories in one place - and very easy to navigate and explore!

If you end up with PhotoPass cards at any point during your trip, these too can easily be added by clicking on the 'Claim Photos' button on the same page of the My Disney Experience website. Simply add in your PhotoPass card numbers to link them all together in one, neat package.

I hope this information is helpful to you Lynn!
If you have additional questions, please don't hesitate to write me back any time. I'd love to hear from you again!

Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World!
