    When do magic bands usually arrive? We leave for Florida on June 9, but don’t check into All Star Music until June 16. Will our magic bands arrive in time or do I need to arrange to pick them up at the resort?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you for visiting us with your great question about MagicBands!

    Lori, your MagicBands should arrive on time for your vacation. It looks like you are leaving for Florida 7 days before the start of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I find that my MagicBands normally arrive at least 2 weeks in advance of my vacations. The official website states that MagicBand fulfillment and shipping takes approximately 11 days. Fulfillment can take more or less days depending on weekends, holidays and inclement weather.

    We recommend contacting a Walt Disney World Resort Cast Member if you have not received your MagicBand and your vacation starts within 6 days. However, like I stated previously, if you customize and order your MagicBands before your countdown runs out on the MagicBand page, you should receive your order in time. Please be sure to customize and finalize your order soon. I always finalize my MagicBand order well in advance of my vacation so that I won’t forget to do so while completing my last-minute vacation planning!

    Don’t worry, Lori! If you do not receive your MagicBand before you have to travel to Walt Disney World Resort, you will receive MagicBands when you arrive to Disney’s All-Star Music Resort.
