MagicBands were not delivered and were returned to Disney as a result. I recommend calling (407) 939-4357 and speak with a cast member about your unique situation, and they will be able to assist you with this. Do not worry; if you do not receive your MagicBands before you arrive at
Walt Disney World Resort, you will be provided with MagicBands or cards when you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel. Also, be sure to have the
My Disney Experience mobile app downloaded to your smart device so that you can access your theme park tickets, open the door to your room, etc., all from the app.
