Welcome to planDisney, Catherine! How exciting that you're heading back to Walt Disney World next week. A one-day visit with
Lightning Lane Premier Pass sounds like the perfect way to pack in the fun, so let's make sure everything is good to go with your
Disney Bands.
The good news is that Disney Bands aren't tied to just one set of tickets, they actually connect to your
My Disney Experience account, which means that any active, working Disney Band linked to your profile will give you access to your linked
park tickets and Lightning Lane access. As long as you've already linked your new ticket and your Lightning Lane Premier Pass to your account, your Disney Bands from last year will still work!
If you have the newest generation of Disney Band, which you probably do since your trip was last year, make sure that it's fully charged before your day in the parks. It will work just fine for park entry and Lightning Lanes if the battery is not charged, but the special interactive experiences require the battery to be charged so keep that in mind if that's important to you!
I hope this answers your question, Catherine, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation.
