I am crossing my fingers and wishing on the evening star for your MagicBands to arrive, Erinn! Hopefully they’ll get there early or I hope that they’ve already made a detour to your Disney Resort and will be available for pick-up at the front desk! As I do not have access to your reservation information or your
MagicBand+ ordering information, I highly recommend hopping on your My Disney Experience Mobile App to chat with a Cast Member about this concern, Erinn. They will be able to direct you to better information about your MagicBands’ whereabouts. Here’s how to do that:
-Open and log in to your
My Disney Experince Mobile App-Select the “☰” icon at the bottom righthand corner of the screen
-Scroll down and select “Chat With Us” under “Help & Feedback”
-Give the Cast Member all of the information about your MagicBand+ order that you can, and they will be happy to give you additional information there.
