    I have 4 magic bands purchased in 2023 that will not charge. I’ve ordered all new for my upcoming trip to DisneyWorld but was hoping to have two per child, in case. Reddit said it’s possible to get magic bands with dead batteries replaced. Is this true?

    I think the best way to get your question answered is by reaching out to a Cast Member who specializes in troubleshooting MagicBand issues. You can call the resort directly or send an email to the resort explaining your issue and a Cast Member will get back to you as soon as they can.
