I have Magic Bands from a prior trip. I want to use them for an upcoming trip. both the old and new tickets are noted w/ the band on my account. does that mean they are linked if they appear there? Should I deactivate the old card since it has no days?

    Hi Deborah!

Yes, you can use your MagicBands from a previous Walt Disney World vacation for your next Walt Disney World vacation as long as they are active in your My Disney Experience account. The battery inside the MagicBand is supposed to last for up to two years so you can use your MagicBand for more than one Walt Disney World vacation.  If you have a Magic Your Way Ticket listed in your My Disney Experience account and there are no more days left on it, then I would recommend that you deactivate it.  Typically only one valid Magic Your Way Ticket can be linked to each MagicBand at one time, but you can have multiple MagicBands active at a time (I have 15 MagicBands active presently-Yes, I vacation in Walt Disney World a lot).

I hope that your next Walt Disney World vacation is truly magical in every way!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
