I just met you, but I know we'll be great friends, as I'm also a huge fan of
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, just like you! I love walking into the Galaxarium and joining Rocket, Gamora, Groot, and Star-Lord to save the world again. As you may know, this ride is not only the world's largest fully-enclosed rollercoaster, but it also has cool technology that automatically links your photo to your
Disney PhotoPass account, allowing you to view, save and share it with your friends and family as soon as you leave the attraction.
You'll be pleased to know that there are other ways to capture photos and videos automatically, in addition to using a MagicBand or MagicBand+. You can use your Bluetooth-enabled device with the
My Disney Experience app installed or a physical theme park ticket card linked to your My Disney Experience account. In addition to the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind photo, you can also take advantage of this service at
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and
TRON Lightcycle / Run in Magic Kingdom Park. Both attractions will link a photo and a video of you and your group if you are using one of those devices.
If, for any reason, you don't see your photo automatically added to your account after a few minutes, rest assured that the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support team is ready to assist you promptly. You can reach them via phone at the
Disney PhotoPass phone line or
submit an online form to locate your missing media. With just a few details like the date and time you enjoyed the attraction, as well as any descriptive features (e.g., clothing and/or hats worn, hair color, ages), the team can swiftly locate your photos and videos and add them to your account.
