I'll be happy to try to help you troubleshoot linking MagicBands to your My Disney Experience account.
If you ordered MagicBands through My Disney Experience connected to a stay at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, the bands are already linked to the Guests on the reservation. There is no additional linking you need to do.
If you have ordered retail
MagicBands from shopDisney or purchased MagicBands at a Walt Disney World merchandise location, you'll need to link those bands to your account using the ID numbers found on the underside of the band. Linking instructions are usually included with the packaging. To link MagicBands using the
My Disney Experience mobile app, select the menu in the lower right corner, then scroll down to "My Profile" and then "MagicBands & Cards" and choose "Link a MagicBand or Card" and enter the ID code. MagicBands can also be
linked to your account on the
My Disney Experience website. Go to "My MagicBands and Cards", scroll to the bottom of the page, and select the blue "Link" button.
MagicBands are not transferrable. Once a MagicBand has been linked to a profile, it cannot be re-linked to a different account or transferred to another Guest.
