Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It's so nice to see you stopping by with another great question. I am always pleased to talk with a member of the
Annual Passholder family!
First things first, if you have not done so already, double-check your
My Disney Experience Account to make sure you ordered your Annual Passholder MagicBands. When I first ordered ours, we also had multiple resort stays reserved and I had an option to order MagicBands with those resort stays.
In My Disney Experience, click on MagicBands and Cards. When scrolling, you should see an option to order Annual Passholder MagicBands that is different from MagicBands ordered with a resort hotel stay. I will also say that when I received our Annual Passholder MagicBands, I almost missed the sliders. They were literally tucked away in the side so well that I did not see them when initially checking the box.
I also called the Annual Passholder line at 407-560-7277. The Cast Member I spoke with said, historically, when the sliders do not get included with the Passholder MagicBand, that means they are not in stock at the time of shipment. He said that guests have been able to access V.I.Passholder Support services in Magic Kingdom and request one there.
Finally, be sure to review the many
Passholder Extras available to you as an Annual Passholder. My family loves the merchandise discounts! Also be sure to check the
operational updates before you go as procedures could change and make your park reservations in the
Disney Park Pass system.
