    We have the magic bands from 2014. How do I know if they are still functional?

    Hi Sandra!

    Don't you just love MagicBands?! I'm so glad we no longer need separate tickets for park admission, FastPass and room keys. That was way too much juggling every day!

    My Disney Experience is the place to go for all of your MagicBand management needs. Log into your account online or in the Mobile App, and then head over to "My Magic Bands and Cards". Once there you can view your MagicBands, see the status of your bands, activate new bands or deactivate old ones.

    One thing to consider with your older MagicBands is battery life.  While batteries typically last for a few years, you'll want to verify everything is working properly as soon as you arrive at Walt Disney World. If you experience any issues, you can visit Guest Services or the lobby concierge at your Walt Disney World Resort. They'll be able to help you figure out any technical difficulties you experience.
