    Will our Magic Bands include our Park Hopper information? We're visiting in March. I only ask because I've heard of a couple who used these a few months ago and their Park Hopper option didn't work. I would imagine because they were quite new.Thanks!

    Hi Angela!

    Thank you for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I first used the MagicBands in September of last year, when my family was selected as part of the test. After customizing our MagicBands on My Disney Experience, I linked our tickets. I have annual passes (which include park hoppers) and have had no problems (and I have visited four more times after that). If you experience any issues with the MagicBands, you can stop by Guest Services and they should be able to assist you. Keep in mind that the MagicBands are still in a testing phase and if you or anyone you know is having issues, they should definitely contact Guest Services.
