Hey there, Adalys! Welcome to planDisney and thanks for stopping by with your question!
I couldn't be happier to see that the magic of
Walt Disney World Resort is calling, and you're answering the call by planning a magical adventure at The Most Magical Place on Earth during the most wonderful time of the year. Since you have your Disney Resort hotel room reservations made, your MagicBands ready to go, and your exchange certificates in your
My Disney Experience account, it sounds like your planning is off to a practically perfect start. Now, let's tie up your loose planning ends so you can start your countdown to the fun!
If you have exchange certificates linked to your My Disney Experience account, that usually means that you have already purchased or been gifted theme park admission, but the actual ticket card will be issued once you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort. If your tickets are Florida resident tickets, be sure to bring the appropriate
proof of Florida residency for everyone who is 18 years of age or older, and you can exchange your certificates at a Guest Relations location outside the theme parks or in Disney Springs.
At this time,
Theme Park Reservations are still required to enter all four theme parks, so be sure to make your reservations for all of your Guests on your My Disney Experience account as soon as possible. If you are not sure what type of tickets you have, I recommend
calling a helpful Cast Member with Existing Tickets. They will be more than happy to make some magic!
I hope this helps, Adalys, and I hope you have the most magical and memorable visit! Please feel free to stop by any time with any questions you may have along the way. You've got a friend in me.
See ya real soon,
Mandy
