    Hi! Are magic bands 'free'...included in your hotel cost? Or is there a separate cost associated with them?

    Hello Laura!  Good news - Magic Bands are free of charge and right now are available to all guests staying in Walt Disney World resorts.  Since they are still considered to be in the testing phase, depending on the resort you are staying at, you can choose to opt out and use the regular Key to the World cards that have been issued in the past.  Soon, though, all resorts will be using the Magic Bands only, and Key to the World cards won't be issued.  For guests not staying in Walt Disney World resorts, they will still utilize the plastic or paper tickets.
