    MAGIC BANDS. Disney is now selling them in certain shops. you can buy any color and they link it. you will have multiple bands you can use in the future. are you able to change the color band you are wearing EACH day you are there also ?

    Hi Erica!

        Yes, now Magic Bands are being sold in Walt Disney World as of March 31st, 2014!  Also you can use different color Magic Bands every day if you have purchased more than one color or have them from a previous Walt Disney World vacation as long as they are active in your My Disney Experience and have a valid ticket linked to them. The battery inside the Magic Band is supposed to last for up to two years so you can use your Magic Band for more than one Walt Disney World vacation. You can have more than one Magic Band active on your My Disney Experience account (I currently have six Magic Bands active on My Disney Experience account and my Annual Pass is linked to each one of them so that I can use any of my Magic Bands to enter a park in Walt Disney World or open the door to my Walt Disney World Resort room).  I love having the choice of what color Magic Band that I am going to wear on a particular day!
