Guests with a Disney Resorts Collection hotel stay may order
MagicBands through their
My Disney Experience account. MagicBands
ordered at least 11 days prior to arrival will be shipped to the address on file. MagicBands ordered between 6 and 10 days prior to arrival will be waiting for pick up at your resort hotel's front desk. I just dug through my email inbox to locate shipping confirmation for some of my previous MagicBand orders. I can see that I received an order confirmation email from shop@disneyparks.com, followed by a shipping email a few days later with USPS tracking information from Disney Destinations. I recommend searching your inbox to see if you can locate an email from Disney Destinations with tracking information.
Since you are within a few days of your arrival, you might want to
give the Help Center a call about your order. Fingers crossed that your MagicBands find their way to your home prior to your departure. I know there have been a few times when I placed my MagicBand order right at 11 days and my package missed me by a day or two. I ended up saving those bands to use on my next trip.
If your MagicBands don't happen to arrive prior to your departure, you can pick up a ticket card upon arrival to access your theme park admission, link your Disney PhotoPass photos, access Lightning Lane reservations, and more. You can also create
Disney MagicMobile passes on your smartphone. A Disney MagicMobile pass will have much of the same functionality as a MagicBand from the convenience of your device.
