    When do our magic bands arrive for our trip?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Mary!

    In my experience, MagicBands arrive about three weeks before the visit. You can customize your MagicBand with color and name under the MagicBand and Cards section in your My Disney Experience account. After the customization period expires, you should receive an email to let you know that your MagicBands have been shipped. When that special Mickey Mail arrives, our house always fills with lots of chEARs and smiles, as we know our vacation is just around the river bend! I am sure that your family will be just as excited to open that magical box from Mickey Mouse!
