    do we still get magic bands?

    Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question! It looks like the countdown to your magical vacation is on!

    While Magic Bands are no longer included as part of your vacation package, you will still find them to be super useful for doing everything from opening your Disney Resort Hotel room to entering the parks or making souvenir purchases. Plus, they are a really fun accessory that adds the the excitement of a Walt Disney World vacation!

    You can purchase them at a special price up to 10 days prior to your arrival. Any orders placed 11 days before your vacation can be shipped to your home so you'll have them before you leave. To order, log into your My Disney Experience account, either on your laptop or on the mobile app, and go to "My Magic Bands and Cards". If you want more selection than the ones available at the special rate, you can always purchase Magic Bands through shopDisney or wait until you arrive and choose one at any gift shop. 

    If you don't want to purchase a Magic Band, that's fine too. The My Disney Experience app on your mobile device can perform all of the tasks that you once needed a Magic Band for. You can even manage the accounts of your little ones who may not have their own mobile device.
