    My magic band won't pair. I was able to pair others to my phone however mine keeps saying "something went wrong"and is unable to pair.

    Hi Craig - thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.  

    If you purchased your MagicBand+ new, and another guest did not previously use it, you should be able to link your band the same way you did for the others.  Here are some MagicBand+ troubleshooting tips you may want to try.  If you continue to experience issues, please contact a My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ cast member for individualized support.  I've had to contact these specialists in the past and they are wonderful.  They should have you up and running in no time.
