Oh boy! I am sorry to hear that your MagicBand is giving you issues linking to your ticket. While I don't have the tech support to solve the problem, I can walk you through a few things to double-check. First off, I want to make sure your device is a
MagicBand+. Only MagicBand+ works at Disneyland Resort, not the previous versions like MagicBands that were available at Walt Disney World. The Disneyland app will allow you to link your MagicBand+ to a ticket using the ticket ID number, so I'm not sure why it's giving you difficulty.
My best advice would be to log into the
Disneyland app with your Disney account, tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom right, and use the "Chat with Us" feature. Once you say hello, it will ask you a few questions including if you need assistance with MagicBand+. I am hopeful the tech support there will be able to help. You could also head to
Guest Relations at City Hall once you are in Disneyland Park for in-person assistance.
