    I have a Magic Band + from a visit in the summer of 2023. I will be returning to Disneyland this summer. Will my Magic Band + still work? Thank you

    Hi Malia,

    I’m so glad you’ve decided to return and enjoy the magic at the Disneyland Resort parks! You’ll be visiting at an amazing time, as Disneyland will be celebrating its 70th anniversary. We got a lot of exciting updates yesterday about what to expect for the celebration, so be sure to check out the Disney Parks guide and follow them on Instagram for the latest updates.

    I’m happy to share that your MagicBand+ should still be compatible at the Disneyland Resort parks. I’ve had my MagicBand+ since 2023, and I still use it here at Disneyland, as well as at Disney World. In the recent announcement for the 70th Anniversary, I noticed a brand-new MagicBand+ being released, which could make for a great souvenir! Remember that you can use your MagicBand+ for park entry, Lightning Lane, and to scan any photos you take with a Disney PhotoPass photographer.
