    Is the Magic Band upgrade offer (Pre-arrival discount of $14.99 to upgrade your complimentary band for a decorated one) for Disney Resort guests available in any way other than online? I keep getting an error message when I try the website & app.

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question, my fellow Canadian! 

    From what I understand, if you want to upgrade to one of the Premium MagicBands for your upcoming stay at a Disney Resort Hotel, you’ll need to place your order online. 

    From what I understand, this option has been so popular that those MagicBands often sell out in minutes when they get restocked over at My Disney Experience! I’ve also heard that there can be a bit of a glitch when Canadians try to order them for their upcoming stay (I’ve had this happen to me, too), which seems to be part of the issue that you’re facing. My recommendation: switch your page’s language to “English - United States” (you can find that option at the very top of the page, near the search bar) and you might have better luck that way. 

    If you still don’t see any premium MagicBands available for your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort, don't give up! Keep checking a few times a week before your vacation and that option may pop up again. And, don’t forget, because your MagicBands can’t be shipped to your Canadian home address but rather will be ready for you to pick up at your Disney Resort Hotel when you arrive, you can keep checking up until about a week before your arrival before placing your final order.
