    Can magic band be reassigned?

    Hi Colleen! This is a great question and thanks for submitting it.

    Currently, MagicBands can not reassigned once they have been linked to a My Disney Experience account/guest. For security reasons, MagicBands may only have one owner, even though it would be grand to be able to share your MagicBand with your friends and family. 

    If someone you know or that is in your family wants to use a MagicBand on their next Disney vacation, I would suggest for them to take a look at the shopDisney website or mobile app. There's tons of MagicBands with some of our favorite Disney characters, or you can take a pick from the various solid color MagicBands. There's also Magic Keepers and other MagicBand accessories that can be used along with your MagicBand.
