I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble linking your
MagicBand to your My Disney Experience account. I always find MagicBands to be a practically perfect blend of Disney style and Disney convenience, and so I can understand why you're wanting to use your MagicBand.
You likely already checked this, Robin, but I'll mention it just in case. If you haven't already, you might want to check to see if the MagicBand is already associated with your account as an active or inactive MagicBand using the
"Manage MagicBands or Cards" feature.
My best suggestion is to give a call to the Walt Disney World Resort at (407)-934-7639 and speak with a Cast Member on the Internet Help Desk who can assist you with linking your MagicBand. You can also reach out to a Cast Member using the
online chat service. Another option is to use the "Chat with Us" feature in the
My Disney Experience mobile app.
I'll also mention that you can use the convenient
Disney MagicMobile Service which offers features similar to a MagcBand for theme park entry and for charging purchases to your Disney Resort hotel room.
I'm hopeful for you that you can link your MagicBand to enjoy all your theme park fun when you visit the Walt Disney World Resort.
