MagicBand+, this is definitely a fun way to interact with different aspects of the Walt Disney World Resort!
Laura, since you’re getting that error message, I suggest signing out of your
My Disney Experience mobile app completely. Next, make sure that the app is up to date by confirming in your phone’s app store.
Once you confirm it’s the latest and greatest, try signing back into the app. Sometimes our apps just need a quick refresh! Lastly, confirm that your Bluetooth is on for your device and that the MagicBand+ is charged. Now try linking your MagicBand+ again, following the steps

If the refresh worked, great, you’ll be on your way to using that new MagicBand+! If not, I suggest connecting with the
My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ help desk. Hopefully, they’ll be able to go step by step with you on the call to determine the issue.
